![]() I've tried going to the gym several times over the years, I've tried diets, I've tried many different things however sadly have never been able to stick to anything.ĭuring covid lockdown in March last year I went from 105kg to 92kg, however after lockdown went back up, stress eating, laziness along with a few other mental health issues have caused me to be in my worst shape possible, my sleeping pattern is a mess and outside of work I pretty much just stay in my room, so am considering getting a Quest 2. I'm aware a few of people over the last few years have posted regarding using VR to help with weight loss etc.
